Refund Policy

Because our services are based on on demand and are unable to essentially be 'returned', we abide by a no cancellation and no refund policy for all of our training.

In the event of an emergency and you cannot attend any seminar(s) you have purchased, you may transfer your registration to another person to participate in your place by providing written authorization.
